This smoothie is a delicious, rich, healthy fall-in-a-glass/mug situation.
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (adjust according to your tastes)
1 cup non-dairy milk alternative
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mesquite powder
1 scoop hemp protein powder
Update: On Thanksgiving, my Uncle Jud ingeniously added Bourbon to make an eggnog-like, festive concoction (at 10:30 am!)
1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
